Leadership is influence and whether you know it or not, you are always influencing someone. We must be careful to not become selfish leaders. These types of leaders are not called by God to [re]construct anything. If we long to see God use us to lead a reconstruct within ourselves, our homes, our church, we must be willing to lead through in-house conflict, toward an in-house commitment, as caretakers of our people. How are you leading the people around you to imitate the humble attitude of Christ by the way you are doing it yourself?
