Salvation cannot be earned and it is certainly not deserved. No one can ever be good enough to earn a place in God's Kingdom. Salvation is a gift. However, after that gift is received, the Holy Spirit grows us and matures us into faithful followers of Jesus. During this process, we learn to stop doing the things connected to our sinful nature. Today, we will see some of those practices we must eliminate as spiritual growth takes place.
