Christmas. It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Yet somehow 2020 seems different. The effects of a global pandemic, the uncertainty of economic instability, the conflict of a culture in crisis all amplify the desperation of this present darkness. But there is hope. There is a light that shines in the darkness. It’s greater than the spurious sentiments of Hallmark movies or the nostalgic comforts of a Norman Rockwell holiday.
